We’re seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and help us enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive results through creative social media strategies.

Position Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
● Content Creation: Work closely with the Copywriter and Marketing Strategist to craft compelling social media content that drives engagement, supports campaigns, and builds community.
● Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics and insights
● Social Media Engagement: Engage with followers, respond tocomments/messages, and build a strong community online. Write captivating captions, headlines, and calls-to-action.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist, Copywriter and the creative team to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives
● Trends Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates Track social media trends, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations where applicable

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
● 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
● Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (e.g., insert examples)
● Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
● Ability to create compelling visuals and content (basic design skills are a plus)
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize social media strategies
● Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
