Production Track
Gain practical experience in video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. Work alongside experienced producers and directors on live broadcasts, documentaries, and digital content.
Content Development Track
Learn the art of storytelling through various media formats. Participate in writers’ rooms, research projects, and content strategy sessions while developing your creative voice.
Technical Operations Track
Master the technical aspects of broadcasting, including equipment operation, sound engineering, and digital media management. Get hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies.
Marketing & Distribution Track
Experience the business side of media, working on promotional campaigns, social media strategy, and content distribution across multiple platforms.

Program Schedule
Summer Internship
- Application Period: January 15 – March 1
- Program Dates: June 1 – August 31
Fall Internship
- Application Period: May 15 – July 1
- Program Dates: September 1 – November 30
Spring Internship
- Application Period: September 15 – November 1
- Program Dates: January 15 – April 15
Eligibility Requirements
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong interest in media and broadcasting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to commit to full program duration
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Application Process
- Go to Current Openings and select the internship you are interested in.
- Submit your application by sending an email to kufiproductions@gmail.com with the following information:
- Resume/CV
- Cover letter
- Portfolio (if applicable)
- Academic transcripts
- Two professional or academic references
- Your choice of internship track you wish to pursue
- If your application is selected, we will reach out to schedule an Initial screening and evaluation. If your application is not selected, we will reply back with the reason for not proceeding.
- Once the initial evaluation is complete and if selected to move forward, a virtual or in-person interview will be scheduled with you.
- Once the interview is complete and if selected to move forward, a skills assessment (track-specific) will be schedule with you.
- Once the skills assessment is complete and if selected to move forward, a final selection and offer.
