Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a
pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture. The HR Manager will be responsible
for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee
engagement to policy development and compliance. You will work closely with
leadership to ensure that Kufi Productions continues to be a supportive, inclusive, and
innovative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
aligned with our mission.
o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings,
candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement & Development:
o Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and
promotes growth.
o Design and execute employee development programs, including training,
mentorship, and leadership initiatives.
o Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback
to improve workplace culture.
3. HR Policy & Compliance:
o Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance
with local and international labor laws.
o Ensure the organization adheres to ethical and inclusive employment
practices.
4. Performance Management:
o Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee
growth and productivity.
o Collaborate with department heads to set measurable goals and provide
constructive feedback.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
o Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to
ensure competitiveness and equity.
o Evaluate and recommend benefits programs that align with employee
needs and organizational goals.
6. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations:
o Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on workplace
matters.
o Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts with professionalism
and sensitivity.
7. Strategic HR Initiatives
o Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
o Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure Kufi
Productions remains at the forefront of creating equitable opportunities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field (Master’s preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the media,
broadcasting, or creative industries.
● Strong understanding of HR laws and best practices.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
● Proven ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
● Experience with HR software and tools.
